Project Description

When Craftsman Collision needed a high-profile location in this rapidly growing area of the Lower Mainland, they approached us with a carefully compiled list of requirements for the new facility, to be located at the corner of 96th Ave and 120th St. in Delta, BC.

Working closely with Architect Bernard Decose, we planned and custom built an autobody shop and administration office (9,024 sq ft combined) on a 18,748 sq ft lot, taking care to ensure the new facility fit in well to the surrounding area.

The project was more challenging than a typical new build as it required remediation of the site as well as the former building – the site of a former service station that was closed due to a fire a number of years before.

Using our signature split concrete block construction with recessed flush-mount signage, Craftsman Ventures delivered a state-of-the-art facility to this high-traffic area that continues to meet Craftsman Collision’s needs.
